Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your adventure gear. You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be attached
  • A copy of your order confirmation is required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Base Layers (worn next to skin)
  • Gloves
  • Headwear (including hats and helmets)
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

Important: This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly shipped items.

How to Return an Item

Follow these steps for a smooth return process:

  1. Submit a Return Request within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with subject “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”
  2. Wait for Approval – Our team will review within 1-2 business days and send return instructions
  3. Package Your Item – Include all original packaging and your order confirmation
  4. Ship Your Return – Send to our warehouse at:

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we cover standard shipping for the replacement item

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing:
    • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
    • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

International Customers: Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank’s processing.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request what you’d like to exchange for
  3. We’ll ship your replacement once we process your return

Price differences will be adjusted – you’ll pay any additional amount or receive a refund for the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover all shipping costs.
